Texas Driver Allegedly Rams Car Into Kroger To Use Bathroom: Report
A Texas grocery store has reportedly sustained extensive damage after a motorist allegedly accelerated into the building while seeking restroom access.
Police say the driver intentionally crashed into a Kroger after finding the doors locked early Sunday morning, reports ABC13.
According to the Rosenberg Police Department, the man “intentionally accelerated” into the store around 4:30 a.m. and extensively damaged the pharmacy entrance.
Rosenberg police shared images of the aftermath showing heavy damage to the storefront.
Investigators say initial information indicates he needed to use the restroom and was upset the doors were locked.
Officials have not identified the driver or said whether charges will be filed.
It is also unknown if anyone was injured in the crash.
